They transfer to a FO. Talk to Emma and ask what’s the date your case was transferred to a FO. Maybe you will have luck and they’re gonna tell you. Mine was transferred to NBC on 02/16 and I found out that it was transferred to a FO far from my address on 02/24. Nothing yet..
